What does my advanced donation cover?
Your advanced donation goes towards challenge costs, this covers clothing, accommodation, food and admin costs associated with the challenge.
If I manage to raise my money through sponsorship, but I am unable to take part in the challenge due to injury or unforeseen circumstances what will happen?
We would be more than happy to move your fundraising to a 2016 challenge.
I really want to enter a Spoon Challenge immediately but haven’t got the £400 advanced donation, will I lose my place?
We are happy for an individual or team to set up a fundraising page and raise their advanced donation this way; however we won’t provide clothing for you until the £400 has been raised.
I have a team who wish to enter a challenge, can we pay our advanced donation individually?
Yes if you enter via this website we can accept payments from each challenger.
I wish to enter a team challenge but haven’t finalised my team yet can I enter still?
Yes you may enter and add your team members as they are confirmed.
I have entered my team, but need to change a member, can I do this?
Yes you can change team member’s right up to a week before the event.

Can you help me with my fundraising?
Once a team/individual has entered a challenge they will automatically receive challenge newsletters and fundraising newsletter, these are filled with ideas which will help you raise your target figure.
How can I donate?
When a team/individual has entered a challenge, they will be sent a banking pack which explains how you bank your fundraising; this will include a guide on how to set up a Virgin Giving Page.
When do I have to raise all the money by?
Before you sign up you will be asked to agree to the conditions of entry for your challenge it has all the details of when you will need to have completed your sponsorship by. The conditions of entry are included on each challenge page.
What kit will I need to bring?
Once a team/individual has signed up you will be provided with a kit list for your challenge.
I’m worried I won’t be fit enough?
If you’re thinking of entering any of our challenges & wish to discuss your fitness levels with a member of the challenge team we will be happy to give you advice. We also hold a training day/weekend for team events which runs in May this will also gauge your fitness levels.
